On the morning of June 11, the sealing-off operation and centralized signing ceremony for projects entering Quzhou Comprehensive Bonded Zone (QCBZ) were held, marking the official launch of business operations in QCBZ. Gao Yi, Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee, attended the event and delivered a speech. Wang Yansheng, Secretary of the Party Committee and Commissioner of Hangzhou Customs, announced the official sealing-off operation of QCBZ, and jointly unveiled the plaque with Xu Zhangyan, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Mayor. QCBZ was officially approved for establishment by the State Council on February 20 this year and passed the acceptance inspection by the joint acceptance team of state ministries and commissions on May 20. It covers a planned area of 1.11 square kilometers, divided into two phases: the starting area and the functional area. It focuses on developing three core functions: bonded processing, bonded services, and bonded logistics, and actively explores innovative formats such as bonded R&D and bonded exhibition and trade. At this ceremony, 10 enterprises signed the entry agreement.

He said that the successful application, construction and sealing-off operation of QCBZ are concrete actions of our city to implement the important exposition spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping on opening up work and the deployment requirements of the Provincial Party Committee to build a high-energy-level open and strong province, and also an important milestone in the history of Quzhou's open development. At 9:20 a.m., two cargo container trucks passed through the main checkpoint and slowly drove into QCBZ, and the first batch of goods successfully cleared customs. It is reported that after the sealing-off operation of the comprehensive bonded zone, it will help enterprises carry out R&D, processing, manufacturing, testing, maintenance, cargo storage, logistics distribution, cross-border e-commerce and other businesses in the zone, fully enjoy the policy dividends such as bonded, tax reduction and exemption, and export tax rebate of the comprehensive bonded zone, and make every effort to build an advanced manufacturing base and a high-energy-level platform for open economy with high open levels, many preferential policies and complete functions.
